Not Worth Your Money!

Time after time we found sites that gave us a very poor channel selection, sluggish connection speeds, choppy channels and ridiculous sound quality. To top it all off some TV to PC programs didn't even load up on our computers. Then when it came time for refunds lets just say "they sneaked out the back door" leaving us with absolutely nothing.

After putting these sites on the stand we were very disappointed on the percentage of the sites that just did not live up to their own hype.

Satellite PC Pro was very fun and easy to use. They provide a "how-to-tutorial" that is very helpful if you get stuck downloading the program. The software comes with a very professional looking interface and the program is a breeze to navigate through. We found exactly what we wanted to watch in no time

2. Connection Speed -

Satellite PC Pro connections speeds were very fast for a high percentage of channels while others took roughly 10-15 seconds to load up. Some channels from other countries actually took a little longer to load because of where the channels are hosted. An added bonus was the majority of channels loaded up rather quickly with 56K modems for those of us who don't have high speed internet.

3. Channel Selection -

Their Channel Selection was astounding with 3000 plus channels all at our fingers tips. Channels from Sports, Music, Movies, Weather, News, Shopping, Kids Channels, Educational Channels and more. The truth is they have a very broad range of channels in many different languages.

4. Picture Quality -

Picture Quality was great with basically every channel coming in as clear as day light. Some foreign channels were actually not as sharp as others but were definitely worth watching.

Their customer support was excellent they were their to answer our question before we bought the product and were there after the product was purchased.

6. Overall Score -

Satellite PC Pro came out on top, way on top. Like we mentioned above, this program is a diamond in the ruff. We have to say thanks Kevin for putting in a few late night hours to get this review finished. But as promised, here you have it! This Software is the very best and it really shines above all others.

Satellite TV for PC was also very easy to use. One thing that makes this software able to compete with the best is that there is no software to actually download. It's just a really cool service they provide. Just log in and watch TV straight from their site.


2. Connection Speeds -

Satellite TV for PC Connections Speeds were pretty fast too but of course there was a small percentage that took a while to load (15 - 25 seconds).


3. Channel Selections -

Their channels Selection was also very broad with 2500 plus channels of your favorite Sports, Movies, News, Educational Channels etc. You basically would never run out of interesting things to watch.


4. Picture Quality -

Picture quality was excellent with crystal clear pictures on basically all premium channels. There were some channels that lacked the clarity besides that the channels were still pretty good. I would say about 25 percent of the channels were just average quality.

Satellite TV For PC Elite Edition does has some great channels however we found their player wasnt user friendly.

5. Customer Support -

Customer Support was pretty fast and answered all of out questions in a timely matter. Reply time usually within 24 hours.

6. Overall Score -

Overall this program proved itself to hang with the best in its class.
